Second the suggestion for Stewarts.  Worth browsing in their shop too!

Scopes on eBay is tricky, agreed.  In my limited experience of this
(just scored a TDS340A on eBay) I've found it good to strike up a
conversation with the seller to get a feel for their competence.  If
they come across as an idiot then best to just walk away...
