Try Stewart of Reading for S/H scopes:

Their stuff is tested, guaranteed and generally cost-effective - there 
are pictures of some of the scopes, too.

There is also Telnet (www.telnet.uk.com) but they do not seem to have 
many scopes listed at the moment.
