They are typically film caps, so you might be able to peel off the outside labels
and glue them on the new caps...

If you really wanted to retain the look, how about hollowing out the
original caps to use as covers for the inevitably much smaller, new caps ?
Like those AA to C cell adaptors you get for batteries.
