As suggested I sent an email to Irwin Chusid and that got the ball rolling
immediately. I had my copy of Manhattan Research, Inc. three days later.

I received an email from Jeff two minutes earlier. He offered me a choice
of a refund or fullfilling the order. I wanted the book/CD and it arrived
three days later. I asked him if he knew what had gone wrong and this was
his reply...

I certainly agree that the book/CD combination is great. If you're
interested in the history of electronic music it's a must-have.
