Thanks for that Achim.  This would do the job, but they're still quite
pricey (around $5) and seemingly not available in production quantities
through normal sources (no supplier has more than 100 according to
Octapart).

It's too damn bad, because this is the only way I can think of to make a
resettable bipolar integrator (short of using a large-voltage analog switch
-- I guess that's just what I'll have to do).
