Witch JFET would be your no1: choice for simple AC Volt divider applications (signal to GND)? Some say the 2SK30ATM are particularly suited.? Don't matter where Vgs off are positioned , a large ohmic region are preferable since the FET are linearized by a MCU anyway. Costly Vishay special FETs only? No? Regards KD
