Is "Polida2008" one of the sellers doing that?  They had pretty cheap 
ones... I'm trying to figure how to return the TMS3617NS chips they sent 
in the smaller package..I need the .1" pin spacing package... I'm afraid 
they might just 'lose' them and claim they never arrived.
