does anybody know about a russian chip called KP1012ИK2 ? :-)

I'm repairing a Formanta EMS-01
(Russian two-manual stringmachine/Polivoks-ish-synth,

and suspect that I've encountered a struggling octave divider IC.
Spares for sale anywhere? Any advice could be helpful.
