[sdiy] prophet 600 voice drop out

I just worked on a very nice P600 last night and replaced what seemed to 
be the chips that would not tune and did the scaling routine on everything.

Played a few minutes and voice 2 just dropped out.  Both oscillators 
went high frequency I see.  Probably a common issue.  Anybody seen that 
one?  Hopefully it means one of the vco's is actually ok at least.  I 
put three of them in and that's all I had.  That one was from Tom I 
think so it's probably a good one.  Besides wouldn't just the one fail 
and not both vco's in the voice?
