If it is M7 x 0.75 then you could steal a nut off a regular 16mm Alpha Pot.
Otherwise, yes, Mouser stocks several Metric Nuts and though i can't
quickly find the link now, I'm pretty sure they'd have those in 100x
bags for not too much $$$.
I found it really hard to track down a good source of M6 x 0.75 nuts a
while ago.
