Only the MIDI/Plus part is missing, since I don't have it.
And BTW, I think I have seen the Owner's/Service Manual as a PDF
somewhere already too.

P.S.: Before people start tinkering with the URLs - there's not much
more right now. Really. It's amazing to study the log files after
announcing a specific URL... <gr>
