Good fun! I went for 80s drum machines, Casio VL-Tone and SK-1 drums,
and the Fairlight ORCH5 hit.

I've actually written the software to pack 16-bit samples but my EPROM
programmer has packed in so I can't actually test it.  You're welcome to
have a play, once I find which dusty old disk it's on.

The sample names and pointers are encoded in the firmware ROM, with the
samples on 16-byte boundaries.  I haven't figured out where the
"default" values are when you reset the machine, or how the channel
mapping and hihat "choke" settings are stored.
