[sdiy] Milling a PCB... works!

Wrote some really rough code to teach the Roland mill how to make
PCBs. Check out the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_n3BL-5cMbI

Its running a 1/32 inch square end mill, making 67mil pads and 15mil
traces. The copper is soft enough that I think I can get it down to a
1/64 inch bit and maintain the linear speed. The substrate is not FR4,
so it is much easier on the bits.

This subcircuit is a quad 12-bit DAC (two MCP4822) that will be part
of my generic, PIC18-based, 'computer' for the modular synth (4
CV/gate, 2x MIDI I/O, 6 encoders, 4 switches, 20x4 LCD). Crossing my
fingers that the CV outs are going to be quiet enough.
