[sdiy] usb port solutions for a panel?

can anyone here recommend any small mini Usb port solutions?

I would like to incorporate a usb port into a panel BUT since euro rack is so small and has the board mounted parallel to the panel, 
I need a small board mounted usb port OR
I need to cut out a section of the board to allow a panel mounted USB port.


I was hoping that maybe someone has been down this road before!

This has been recommended to me BUT it would take up a lot of panel space and I would have to cut a hole in the circuit board to allow it to pass through.
