Hi guys,
I friend of mine gave me away this little echo/delay unit, but it's
not functioning well. It outputs only one short distorted delay with
"delay time" and "repeat" pots doesn't do anything, maybe in all way
down "repeat" less noise you can hear. If I turn "delay time"
something in the middle you can hear some "short circuit" noise in
echo and then same again (I own Roland DC-30, and it's in more or less
working condition and have same faulty with "delay time" pot. I bought
it a long time ago in not working condition and some electrician
"made" it working :) but looks like it needs more repairs). Input and
output pots works ok.
So, I'm thinking to try fix it myself and because it has not so big
board - put it my modular :) Guys! Where to start to look for faulty
parts? It has two 8 pin chips and one 7 pin "something" :) I can't see
part numbers yet because didn't open other side of the board.
Any advise and guideline are more than welcome. Or somebody have a schematics.
