[sdiy] Korg Poly61 a peculiar design!!

Hi Peter,

Thank you for links about MIDI interfaces . Bojan's one look good but ,well
forget me about the PIC16F84 and MIDI.

In fact i hesitate between two idea for this synth:
1) emulate the keyboard by MIDI only and keep the synth as this without keyboard
( rack it may be?)

2) as  suggested into  previous emails of this thread,  'redesign' the CPU board
to integrate MIDI , improve parameters range, add control pots for each
paparemeters , add more functions if it is possible to do,. To resume : try to
'drastically' improve the thing ! It will be much more work but i have the
feeling that it  probably worth to do it like this.

Well it is 50/50 for now ! I must take the time to study the Poly61 schematics
more deeper to take a decision.

Anyway thank you very much for your helps and suggestions :)
