[sdiy] TI to buy NatSemi!!!!!

I was at the TSMC Technology Symposium today (think many wafer fab for many chips from many companies). I think TSMC sees this merger as disruptive. They are still a very large fab, but TI runs lot's of analog/mixed signal fabs, and I think TSMC feels threatened by this. The went out of their way to indicate that they ship more wafers than TI.
