You email synth-diy, and someone who previously replaced the display in a
SDD-3300 will tell you that it's a standard HD44780-type parallel interface.
The tricky bit will be getting a display without an EL backlight to fit
mechanically.
I used a PLED display in the one I did, but I don't think they are available
any longer.
It did look nice though.

A display with LED backlight will be thicker, and hard to get in without
some metalwork, IIRC.
