Hi all,
Some of you may know that I moved my workshop recently.
(now looks a bit like this:

I've been sorting a lot of things out and been trying to get rid of
stuff that I don't use any more. I have a few bits that may be
interesting for SDIY people so here goes:::
(many of these items are going to be UK only due to size or power
requirements!)
Any questions please ask.
Thanks for the bandwidth!
Tom

2 x Aoyue 486 fume extractor fans --
one doesn't have the clip to hold in the active carbon filter. The other
one does and there's a spare filter. You have to put them quite near to
where you're working for them to be really effective. They seem to be
£20 new so how about £20 for the pair of them?

http://bugbrand.co.uk/images/forsale/FumeExtract.jpg - pic. of the two
of them - fine, only a year or two old, just a little dusty from the move!
Aoyue 950 SMD Tweezer Iron -
almost new & still in box - pretty sure it still has absolutely
everything in the box & I'll throw in a little vacuum pickup tool. New
they're over £50 so how about £30?

Cliff WF2 PCB Assembly Jig -
bought new from Rapid a year or two ago - I used this for a bit but
didn't totally gel with it. Is still in good condition and is the larger
version of the two offered here:
http://www.rapidonline.com/Tools-Fasteners-Production-Equipment/PCB-Equipment/Accessories/PCB-Assembly-jig/29481
New cost is over £150. I'd be happy to take £70 plus postage - probably
UK only!
A box load of blank/undrilled Frac size aluminium c.3mm panels -
definitely UK only!
I got these made up for my DIY a few years ago - they are mainly black
anodized, but there are a few plain (with plastic covering). Now, the
actual sizes were not completely accurate but I was perfectly happy with
them --> the black ones tend to be around 1mm less than standard Frac
size/width while the plain ones tended to be just a bit over! There's
not much in it. Note that quantities are quite rough (under-estimated!)
- most are still wrapped in paper as I got them but I can't guarantee
they'll all be perfect - mostly they will be though!
Of interest to anyone? I used to use a CNC to engrave the black ones ->
ie engrave through the anodized black and show the metal underneath.
I really don't know what to ask for these - it must be several kilos of
solid! Happy to take any lowball offer if these are of interest.
Rough Quantities are:
Black anodized aluminium:
1width (1.5"x5.25") x 30 ,, 2width (3"x5.25") x 30 ,,3width (4.5"x5.25")
x 20 ,, 4width (6"x5.25") x 20
Plain aluminium:
2width (3"x5.25") x 8 ,, 3width (4.5"x5.25") x 6

2 Busted-up pedals! – NEXT Flanger with MN3007/MN3101 + Ibanez CS9
Stereo Chorus with MN3207/MN3102 – NEXT working a bit, Ibanez totally
not sure! I dunno -- ?? £15 for the pair perhaps? The Next has knobs,
the ibanez doesn't - they both have pots/jacks/cases with baseplates..

Two trays of ALPS pots with metal DShafts I got off ebay a while back.
They're all as-new in trays of, I think 100 each. I have some bags of
nuts for them and they require a 9mm panel hole. Measured the shafts as
6mm diameter.
Ideally I'd like to sell these all together?! Or is that stretching it...
c.3 trays (300 pots) of 50k A Log pots £40
c.5.5 trays (550 pots) of 50k B Linear pots with centre-click £55
Or have them all for £80 (+ Shipping -- quite heavy so possibly UK only!)

130 x Chickenhead Knobs from Rapid - they're chunky, certainly compared
to some other ones I've seen.
They cost 27p each in quantities over 100 - what about £25 for 130 of
them? 100 sealed in box, 30 in bag

160 x 20mm Boss knob - bought new off Ebay (hongkongsuperseller) with
prices around £38 per 100 - how about £40 for all of them?
