Ok, I would agree that for Hardware and software tools PC's are better
suited.
But for stability of Audio and Video editing tools , the Windows based Intel
platform really sucks greatly vs the Apple PPC or Intel based Mac.
The motherboard designs are usually very iffy on vertain PC suppliers.
My Protools system is much more viable on MAC vs WinTel platform. Believe me
on this fact as Digidesign, Euphonic and M-Audio are all my customers at
Freescale.
Just my 2 cents btw as I have a wide variety of Audio Editors for both
platforms as I build sound libraries for Sampling tools.
