[sdiy] Allen Strange book

Its a good book, just a bit basic from my point of view. I wouldn't
buy it for $500   :^)

For someone without a background in 'voltage control' or familiar
with most synth modules, the book would be a worthwile read.

Harry:

If you read the 1st edition of the book, be forewarned that
the 2nd edition is almost a completely different book (more
pages and much more content/depth)
