[sdiy] PLT and HPGL conversion

Hi all,

I checked the latest version of UniConverter and the fonts problem is
solved.  So, to recap, I *now* use:

Inkscape (0.47, I see 0.48 is now available):  http://inkscape.org/

- vector drawing package, save artwork in Inkscape SVG format

UniConvertor (1.15):

- vector converter, convert SVG to PLT

eZmeeting (4.0.85): http://www.ezmeeting.com/

- can view PLT files.  Slightly annoying startup (just click the FREE
button at startup), but its free.
