Since I believe it is 'print on demand', that might explain the delay some
are mentioning, though I note one of those said it was 'in stock'.

It certainly used to be possible to get a printed copy, as that ia how I got
mine, but I had the devil's own job to get it, involving several phone calls
to McGraw-Hill in the US to convince them to sell me a copy, and I've seen
similar sentiments expressed in a long thread on the Doepfer Yahoo group
(from which I also note that pdf copies were exchanging hands, so if you
have no joy with that other link, you might try contacting some of the
people concerned...).

A few people got in touch with Allen Strange directly, and he apparently
helped people out with links etc. of how to get a copy.

So don't give up, it just requires quite a bit of 'application'!
