Could someone please elaborate on what this is?  Does this mean that if it
takes 10 seconds to get from the bottom of the keyboard to the top, it would
also take 10 seconds to get from one semitone to the next?  In that case,
the slope of integration would have to be proportional to the difference
between current and previous CVs.
