A few examples of glide circuits, based on Harry Bissell's "Morphlag"
which allows independant up and down rates, and can vary the glide
shape from linear to log.

You could use a single OTA in place of the Attack and Decay pots, or
two OTAs. The 13700 would do the trick, and I'm sure the 1/2 of the
2164 (a quad VC gain stage chip) would also work.
