Hey there!

You seem to be very obstinate in cloning the 303 perfectly ;) I'm looking
forward to see what you're going to do with the 303 case...

So here are your transistors:

> 2SC 2021(R)
=2SC1740, can be replaced with BC547 , or better BC550 (low noise) - not pin
compatible!!!

> 2SA 937(Q)
=2SA933, replace with BC557, or better BC549/BC560 (low noise) - not pin
compatible!!!

> 2SC 945(P)
The general purpose japanese npn-transistor!! Use BC547 or BC549/560 see
above. Tony Allgood uses BC549 in his TB3030. Not pin-compatible

> 2SA 733(P)
Complementary pnp-type to 2SC945, use BC549/560. Not pin-compatible

> 2SC 1583

Dual npn-transistor. Better use the original!! You might use two separate
matched npn-transistors in htermal contact instead. Forget it!! Use the
1583!! The 2SC1583 is part of the 303 sound. I purchase them from
www.reichelt.de

> 2SC 2291

Dual npn-transistor. No replacement type according to my book. I
unfortunately don't know, where to get the 2291's. So follow Tony and use
CA3046's instead. You cannot use the 1583 here, cause the 1583 has common
emmiter and 2291 has common base (look into the 303 service docs)

> 2SB 64-

what??? 2SB64 is a germanium pnp-transistor (100V, 6A, 25W) :)))
You mean 2SB647!! hey this is part of the PSU. Do you really want to rebuild
this type of PSU????? I wouldn't!! how about the small transformer?

> 2SD 667C

PSU too...

> 2SK 30(Y)

use the orignal!! Avaliable at www.reichelt.de too. I got plenty of them,
the only problem is that you canot choose between Y's and O's. I got 2SK(Y).

I hope this helped
