Hi Aaron,

Yes, and in our MMS system 100 VCO, frequency doubler is CA3130 
full-wave rectifier.
VCO originally oscillates 10Hz-10kHz triangl wave and CA3130 frequency 
doubler makes 20Hz-20kHz.
CA3130 can operate up to 150kHz!
That's because why I love CA3130 family devices.
