Sorry, I hit the "Send" button before I had actually written anything.

Tim's original message was garbled, at least in MS Outlook, because it was
all put on one line, and I originally misinterpreted it to read that TL0XX
was the wackiest opamp (which it wasn't), in which case I was going to get
all indignant :o)  Here is the list with carriage returns for clarity:
