That's the most hideous thing I've ever heard, and the YouTube comments are
priceless!
I have a Digitech RP7 Valve effects pedal, and it tracks my guitar
perfectly. Of course, it's digital (grrr).
On a not totally unrelated topic, a local synth buddy gave me his Behringer
V-Amp (the little blue guitar-shaped one) in partial payment for some
2164-based module prototypes, and I've been playing with it a fair bit. I
love it! And the price was right (free). I understand that the Line 6 Pod
units are far superior, but really, I think the lowly V-Amp gets unfairly
maligned. Lastnight, with my cherry-red curly maple Brian Moore Custom
through the V-Amp and headphones, I felt like I was channeling John
Scofield. I might have to start playing the guitar seriously again.
