Hi,

Oh, yeah, the software diagram I uploaded yesterday is a little bit
out of date, in that it was originally drawn for the 'pull' model.  So
the START section is now in miby_init(), and the "get next byte" box
becomes the entry point for the miby_parse(), and any edge looping
back to "get next byte" now exits the function.

Other than that the overall structure is pretty much correct.

Oh, and I got rid of "insysex" by adding the IDLE state.  If I get
time this weekend I'll update it.
