Hi,
Not sure what went wrong with your clone, but my Minisonic 2 diode
filter clone worked first time.
Details are here, and the PCB can be purchased (15V version).

I also built the original in 1975 and that worked first time to.
Did you get the filter to cutoff?

On a diode filter you do need to get the gain structure right to enable
self oscillation, it takes more than on a transistor filter.
I will have some Eurorack diode filters for sale soon as completed modules.
