[sdiy] Fluke 97 scopemeter just beeps...

Has anyone got any info on these?  Can't seem to find anything and last 
time I spoke with fluke they had abandoned it. Last issue btw was 
resolved by replacing the 10uF electrolytics.  This time I found the 
100uF had also gone high esr...replaced it..but it made no difference.

I then checked the other electros..no problems noted.  PS is putting 20V 
onto the lug.  Anybody got any ideas on it? Hate to scrap it if we can 
make it work reliably. OTHERWISE...anyone got recommendations for a 
replacement that's somewhere in the realm of a few hundred bucks? lol.  
I only paid 200 for the thing and initially it was working.  They don't 
usually go for too much I guess, there are so many options now that are 
better.
