[sdiy] Issue with Prophet 600 LEDs

On the front panel, ICs 101, 102 and 103 all are involved in the LED matrix.
Wouldn't hurt to replace all (as they're CMOS, and due for replacement) 
-- just be careful of the adjoining circuit traces.
