[sdiy] Issue with Prophet 600 LEDs

Hi all,

I was having a problem with intermittent issues lighting the LEDs and
7-segment display on my Prophet 600 control panel.  I replaced the 4042 chip
and now exactly 1/2 of the LEDs and 1/2 of the segments in the 7-segment
display light up, same ones every time.

The membrane pad is ok, as I can change patches and get all the functions to
work, the LEDs just don't light.

While I was in there, I think I saw a second 4042.  Do multiple 4042 chips
control the membrane panel or does anyone know where the problem may lay?
