Hi Terry,

STS (Sound Transformation Systems) purchased all plans and parts as well
as rights in the late 80s  I believe (possibly 90s?). Rex Probe of STS
still makes Serge panels and has recently added some half panels to the
line although he no longer makes custom panels.

They are not officially on the web but the Egres pages have all the info
including mockups of all currently available pieces and contact for STS.

GAS Warning: They are astronomically expensive :)

There was recently a CD of Serge compositions put out by members of the
Serge Yahoo group which is slightly more affordable for the Serge sound
curious :)
