I've got just a few more circuits to build (contour generators) before I'm going to be stuck on "the keybed problem". So I was hoping somebody could give me a bit of a hint on how to take a modern poly keybed and build a conversion circuit so it could be hooked up to the keyboard interface circuit of the mini.
My 2 cents: there are a lot of Pratt-Reed keyboards in old busted Arp
Omni and other old synths of that ilk, that can often be picked up for a
very low price on ebay. The switches on these might not be exactly like
the Mini's original keyboard but it will probably be easier to adapt one
of these then the keyboard from a modern synth.

At one point I asked an ebay seller if he'd just send the keyboard and
not the whole synth with case, power supply, etc. He agreed. Makes
shipping easier and cheaper.
