Specifically, model no. 104.515 should work.  Secondary voltages are a 
bit on the high side for the +-15V supply of the MW, so it would be 
wise to check at least the filter capacitors for peak voltage and 
ripple current rating dimensioning and replace with upgraded 
components if advisable.  Do not increase their capacity unless you 
also check for the peak current rating of the rectifier (the 
conduction angle will become smaller).

Mounting it inside the MW will probably not be possible so you'll 
likely have to build a "cage" to mount it on the outside where the 
original transformer was.  Make sure you understand how to properly 
mount a toroid transformer without creating a shorted secondary 
winding with the mounting hardware...
