...not to mention those nasty nasty keyboards, knobs, sliders, and  
pitch wheels. and cables -- they are the worst!

i've cleaned enough beer and cigarette smoke off vintage keyboards to  
know we're all a lot safer playing theramins.

the fact is that if you touch it, or even exist close by, it will  
eventually get dirty and smelly.

it's just more apparent on glass. thankfully we can clean that easily.

my ipad and phones get cleaned often. my waldorf xt and mac keyboard,  
however, look like they came from a truck-stop restroom.

btw, use silly putty to clean out the dust from slider trenches and  
knurled knobs. it's cheap and works wonders!

also, wet a paper towel with windex/formula 409, grab a cable with it  
and pull it though a few times to clean. -pc
