Yeah - I built the "Goofy Lite" kit too. I'd lay awake in bed watching 
the lights flash sequentially (and occasionally changing direction) for 
hours.
I don't think I ever built the "organ" - The Radio Shack(s) I went to 
didn't carry the entire P-Box line.
The first one I built was the "Automatic Nite Light"

I built the "FM Radio", too - it was mostly just loud hiss. That one 
would have made a great "noise source" for your "Goofy Organ" :-)

Being grade school age then, going to a Radio Shack was like going to a 
theme park - it was a "destination" and electronics was "amazing"!
