i think it's a little inappropriate to comment negatively on the 
quality of Aaron's youtube videos when they are obviously 
off-the-cuff and in-the-moment rather than official documentation as 
such - proof of his students' execution, if you like. especially in 
the light of other sterling work he has done making the lecture 
videos available, not to mention producing commercial quality PCBs of 
Buchla designs!

besides which, does anyone on this list need to hear anything when 
they can see an oscilloscope? :-)

i hung out with Aaron briefly when he was in SF earlier this year and 
the first thing i did was say a big THANK YOU for all his efforts. 
and i'd just like to say that again -- THANK YOU, AARON.
