...is pretty much standard practice on YouTube.
Anyone demonstrating a classic synth or any other audio equipment where you
get a line-level recording of the audio is by far the exception.
Especially shocking when you see people in well equipped studios, where they
could easily have taken a desk recording and added it to video later.
Don't blame the medium for lazy production.
