[sdiy] Midi to Gate with Velocity?

The unit was called MID2SDS which was designed by Paul Maddox as a
MIDI-Trigger converter, essentially for SDS equipment.
The MID2SDS has been updated and is now offered in a Eurorack format as the
ED103-MID2SDS.

The current version supports both TRIGGER mode and GATE mode and has
velocity dependent outputs. The outputs can be positive going or negative
going and the output voltage can be adjusted to below 0V and up to 10V.
