[sdiy] ExpressPCB to gerber for $

I know this won't help your problem specifically (converting an existing design), but I'd like to mention that there is a PCB design 
software (RIMU) that costs barely more than that amount you pay for a single conversion, and exports Gerber as a standard.

hey y'all. Thanks for all the input. ExpressPCB does indeed convert your
expressPCB files to gerber if you have ordered boards of that design
from them. It's a $60 service. not bad.
