You should probably forget about it. If you want info, the service manual will have pinouts but beyond that no real information. They're not usually online but you can try ebay or whatever. If the ASICs are bad (aside from maybe a DAC, the YM3012 and YM3014B aren't too uncommon), you'll never be able to find a replacement since they were probably only ever used in the RXwhatever and maybe some obscure PSR-something or Electone model that you wouldn't be able to find even if you'd heard of it.
