Gigapedia seems to be a bit funny...

Click on  privacy policy: it says "you are not authorized to use this  
resource".
Click on contact us it says: "you are not authorized to use this  
resource"

So I first have to register to learn about their privacy policy???

To register one needs a google account????

And on the top of the page there's an ad that doesn't look like an ad  
at all (you've got one new message, open message now).
