Sounds like a good idea. I haven't followed all of this but from what I 
could see it's been caused by a few negative comments. If we all stay 
positive and consider other people all will be good. There's no problem 
with arguing as long as you're not being demeaning, and it can sometimes 
appear this way unintentionally if you're not careful.
