Yes. I've had a quick squizz at the Neunaber patent application, priced the
PT2399 ($4 per, or 3 for $12 at Small Bear) and concluded that it's
definitely worth it to use the Belton brick. I only wish I'd learned of
this before I placed my recent huge order with Small Bear! Now I'll have to
wait for my wife to forget about how much money I've spent before I can go
back to the trough!
Having said that, I really like the idea of having actual springs inside my
modular. It just doesn't get more analog than a bunch of springs, does it?
Plus, it makes a nice crashing sound when you give it a whack!
