I don't want to sound like I am complaining, because I am very grateful for the list's existence, but with this list I find that I get the emails often after considerable delay (sometimes 6 hours or more) and whats more it isn't a consistent delay so I often see replies before questions, etc.  This can make it difficult to partcicpate.

So sometimes I find it easier to follow conversations by waiting until they are over end then reading the archives, where things are in the correct order.  Which leads to my second problem.  The archives don't seem to be archiving since the move.  Messages appear momentarily in the archive and then disappear a minute later.  Not very archive like.  I hope this isn't difficult to fix because the list's archives are a treasure trove of good ideas and it would be a shame if they evaporated.
