[sdiy] Dual Log-Linear 2164 VCA update

Hey Team!

Following the recent discussion of the 2164 VCA, I updated my dual
log-linear VCA design to eliminate the switching glitch, and to tighten up a
few other little things on the board.  It's all built and tested, and it
works perfectly.  The board is still only 2.1" x 4.4".  I've got a new
design package (simulation files, schematics, layout, transfer, and two
front panel options) in a RAR archive to send to anybody who wants it.
