That sounds like two good reasons to use it!
The press-n-peel stuff is certainly pretty 'twitchy'. Too much heat
from the laser printer or the iron and it shrinks and/or crinkles. I
sometimes run it through the printer once without printing anything
on it just to bake it and make sure it's done any shrinking it feels
the need for. Rather reminds me of pre-stretching paper for
watercolours.
